These are mainly electric motors and devices powered by switched power psus. Practical examples: An engine with a rated output of 300W starts up to a 1000w rated drive. Even a 600W model with soft-start function is not enough. Notebook, LCD TV and Satellite Receiver, along with a 150W subscription, can not boot up to a 300w inverter, since charging the capacitors in the switched power supply at all, has to be connected gradually.
