The device is powered through the USB-C connector by the supplied power psu.
The WiFi part has a transmission power of 22dBm and modulation speeds of 300Mbps (2.4GHz) + 867Mbps (5GHz) and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards are supported. All settings are done in the intuitive AmpliFi app, which is available for Android and iOS.
