The TS-453E is equipped with a 2.5GbE connection, 8 GB of RAM and M.2 slots for NVMe SSD cache ? thus ensuring high performance for applications such as surveillance systems, virtual computers, file servers or backup servers. Two HDMI outputs also allow for direct multimedia playback and robust monitoring for surveillance purposes. QNAP will provide long-term availability and support for the TS-453E, making it a great choice for businesses that need matching NAS models deployed in multiple locations. 2.5 times faster network speed compared to existing CAT5e cables; supports port pooling for transmission up to 5 Gb/s. Achieve higher NAS performance by installing M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe SSD modules (sold separately) or Edge TPU modules. System performance and multitasking are optimized thanks to 8 GB of RAM. The #TS-453E will be available and supported by QNAP for an extended period of time, until 2029. The dual screen extension can be used to monitor for surveillance or play 4K high definition video.
