Dynamic Iris uses a scene-linking aperture mechanism to achieve high 10,000:1* contrast without sacrificing brightness. This helps to reproduce deeper, richer blacks for more immersive and lifelike imaging.

120 Hz Real Motion Processor Reduces Motion Blur
Real Motion Processor interpolates images for a 120 Hz* frame-rate. Smooth, stutter-free 120 Hz* reproduction is also possible using simultaneous inputs (two 3G-SDI inputs or DVI-D/HDMI combination). Together with a refined optical engine that enhances focus, Real Motion Processor delivers a better sense of resolution, contrast, and fluidity of motion.

Detail Clarity Processor 5
Proprietary circuitry analyzes individual video frames to identify and clarify areas of the image containing fine details and textures. Algorithms pull information from four frequency bandwidths, from super-high to low, to sharpen outlines, correct contours, and reduce ringing noise.
System Daylight View 3
Panasonic’s premium System Daylight View 3 stops pictures washing out in bright light and enhances impact in mapping and multi-projector applications. It uses sensor information to adjust sharpness, manipulate gamma curves, and correct colors to suit on-site conditions.
3D Projection Capability
This Panasonic projector supports passive 3D projection with the use of two projectors, and is also compatible with active 3D projection technology. Low TCO in an Eco-Friendly Design
These projectors are designed to reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) by extending replacement of consumable parts, such as lamp and air filter. Further, environmentally friendly features allow the user to reduce power consumption.

Quad-Lamp System Delivers Stable Operation
The quad-lamp system allows the projector to keep working even if a lamp should fail. Lamp Relay Mode alternates lamp operation to enable efficient and reliable 24/7 projection. Quad, Triple, Dual, and Single Lamp modes can also be used.
Quick and Simple Lamp Replacement
To simplify and expedite maintenance, lamps can be replaced from the rear. This makes it easy to replace a lamp while the projector is still in the mounting bracket or dual-stacked.
Eco Filter Extends Replacement Cycle to 12,000 Hours
A Micro Cut Filter inside the Eco Filter unit collects minute dust particles with an ion effect. It combines with a dust-resistant projector cabinet to enable long-term use even in dusty conditions. A long maintenance cycle of up to 12,000 hours*1 reduces hassle, while the eco-friendly washable filter*2 can be reused.

Versatile System and Installation Flexibility
Single-Cable DIGITAL LINK Connection
DIGITAL LINK transmits uncompressed video, audio*1, and control commands through a single CAT 5e or higher STP cable for distances of up to 150 m (492 ft)*2. Optional DIGITAL LINK Switcher or Digital Interface Box further simplifies installation, reduces cabling and associated costs, and enhances reliability.

Backup Input Setting Assures Picture Display
Projectors switch instantaneously to a backup input signal should the primary input signal be disrupted*, assuring image display is maintained at all times in venues such as control rooms and adding insurance at events where projection must not be interrupted.
* Combination of primary/secondary input terminals is fixed. Switching to secondary input (or primary input) occurs automatically when the input signal for primary input (or secondary input) is disrupted. The Backup Input Setting is enabled only when the input signal to primary and secondary terminals is the same.
Geometry Manager Pro Software and Upgrade Kits
Geometry Manager Pro software expands image-adjustment functionality and makes complex multi-screen setup easy. The free software includes color matching, edge blending, and many other functions via network. An optional ET-UK20 Upgrade Kit for Geometry Manager Pro adds uniformity correction and numerous creative masking capabilities, while the optional ET-CUK10 Series*1 kit activates an Auto Screen Adjustment plug-in, allowing automatic and simultaneous setup of multiple projectors. The plugin performs multi-screen and curved-screen calibration in three quick steps using a camera*2 and PC connected to the network, simplifying adjustment, edge blending, color matching, stacking, brightness, and black level setup.
Portrait Mode Capability
With projector installed with terminal side surface facing downward, Portrait Mode* creates new opportunities for projection mapping and staging installations, while making best use of available space for retail and signage applications.
* Optional lamp unit required. Please contact your sales representative regarding a frame for portrait orientation. Installation is possible only with the terminal side facing downward. Horizontal rotation and vertical rotation are both limited to 15 degrees. Lamp replacement cycle is reduced to 1,000 hours and is affected by usage environment.
Vertical 360-degree Installation
The lamp-based projector unit can also be rotated 360 ° vertically to accommodate specific installation requirements.
